Herbert Heinzel is Chairman of the European Chapter, Supply Chain Council, and is a senior partner of SBS Consulting, a business unit of Siemens Business Services, the information technology and communications arm of Siemens Corporation. He is responsible for the worldwide cross-company co-ordination of integrated supply chain processes and technology within a business portfolio that covers integrated consulting services and system integration and operational services covering enterprise strategy. Mr Heinzel has spent more than 20 years in various business locations of Siemens Corporation and has considerable experience in engineering, manufacturing and logistics. His project management responsibilities have covered different international arrangements in due diligence, restructuring and re-engineering.
